Business Intake Coordinato
The Richmond office of Hunton & Williams LLP is actively recruiting a Business Intake Coordinator to act as a key resource for research information for all potential new business. Researches, processes and produces reports used to determine potential conflicts of interest, strategic fit and furnishes other informational reports based on specific search criteria as requested. Generates and analyzes Family Tree information on potential new business and updates such data on existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess a college degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years of research analysis experience and a minimum of one year general office experience. Qualified candidates should have a basic to intermediate knowledge of, and proficiency with, law firm conflicts database systems relative to data input, output and related party searches. Qualified candidates must possess clear, concise written and oral communication skills and the ability to make routine decisions under moderate pressure. In addition, the candidate must display a working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software. Basic to intermediate PC knowledge and record keeping experience required.
