Compliguard Protect 4.5 features new, market-leading capabilities to simplify risk management and support business goals, including unusual activity monitoring, a wizard-driven user interface, more wall templates and SharePoint Web Parts for lawyers.

Compliguard Protect 4.5 includes advanced new features and enhancements that add to the simplicity, speed and effectiveness of the system:

• Unusual Activity Monitoring – proactively provides alerts and notifications of unusual activity at the user and information repository levels that could indicate a problem, including uncharacteristic or frequent viewings, emailing and printing of files in the document management system. An automated lockdown feature shuts off access, down to the individual user level, based on pre-set thresholds.
• “My Walls” Web Parts – gives lawyers easy access for viewing walls and issuing wall requests through their SharePoint environment. Available “My Walls” Web Parts allow users to identify walls that they’re part of and why; view outstanding wall memos for acknowledgement per firm risk policies; lookup access rights to a particular client or matter; and request new walls. Plus, this feature enables partners to see all walls related to their clients, matters and staff.
• Wizards and Templates – delivers a more intuitive experience through a powerful new wizard-driven user interface that simplifies and automates wall creation. Templates allow wall administrators to create, save and reuse the most commonly used settings for new walls.
• Barriers Control Center – a visual dashboard tailored to roles delivers a snapshot of the system and easy access to common tasks.
• Integrated, Customizable Memorandums – simplifies the issuance of memos and reminders, including user authorization and acknowledgement tracking to ensure full compliance, with a memorandum editor to customize on a system-wide or per wall basis.
• Enhanced Reporting – more out of the box reports for various activity tracking as well as simplified access to report data via published APIs for in-house report creation and scheduling.
